Sophia Rodriguez is a writer for Crossroads Initiative and is a Junior at Escondido Charter, a high school in San Diego. She is very passionate about her education, human rights, and mental health. After being in journalism every year of high school she has developed a passion for writing and sharing her perspective. Through her community she loves to spark conversation and spread awareness on things that need to be discussed. She is so thankful for this opportunity to make change and get voices heard!
